The price seemed excessive once a pet fee was added!!! A major inconvenience, the plumbing issues in multiple rooms really affected our experience. Fixing a shower head while needing to prepare for a wedding could have been more seamless!!!

I was happy with hotel's good location in the middle of jackson. The staff were amiable and provided help;))

Staying here was good! The breakfast and evening meals were fantastic, and the basketball hoop got major thumbs up from my boys. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and the clean, quiet room. The staff was friendly and ready to help.

We had such a nice time here! The free breakfast was delicious and the kids loved shooting hoops at the basketball court. The only thing was, the pet fee was nice, but it was worth it for the fun memories 😊

The hotel had a great atmosphere and excellent staff, always making me feel welcome. Free snacks and drinks during the week were a nice touch. The strange room layout made nighttime trips to the bathroom a bit tricky. The lack of cleaning staff raised some concerns.

The convenience of being so close to the Madero Stadium was fantastic. We easily caught a great event. The hotel is pet-friendly, perfect for our little dog, and the breakfast options were good.

In my kids' opinion, a playground would be great.

Our family enjoyed a good 4-night stay. The one-bedroom suite offered plenty of space, and we loved the cozy lounge area for family gatherings. Pro tip, check out the outdoor grill but be aware of the rental fee. A fantastic base for exploring Saltillo!

Room was clean and spacious. I faced a bit of trouble with the water pressure in the shower-it was pretty low on the upper floors, a hassle. I expected a better shower experience, especially after a long day.
